Wine Profile
Wine Profile / Tasting Notes
Dolcetto means "the little sweet one", but don’t let the name fool you! Dolcetto is a dry red wine noted for its juicy fruit character, low levels of acidity and mild tannins. No sweetness! This Dolcetto has a deep ruby red color with violet highlights. The aromatic profile is fresh with notes of cherry, violet, plum, cassis and blackberry jam. On the palate is velvety, fruity and harmonious.
