Arguably one of the top Vermentino di Gallura! Straw yellow in color with typical greenish reflections. The bouquet is elegant and refined, showing floral and sweet fruit notes with an evident mineral backbone. Hints of wild pear, mature oranges, and Mediterranean bush. The wine is balanced, with a great structure and a pleasant fruity after-taste. Truly excellent.

Soil type: Predominantly sandy soil from decaying granite. Training system: Espalier.
Production Notes
40,000 bottles produced. The grapes are pressed without prior destemming. After that the must is clarified through settling and it ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the lees for eight months.
