Wine by the Spoon is a concentrate of goodness presented in a lovely little glass jar. It's a product made from the Vermentino grapes, using a totally secret recipe, a gel, jam, honey... not entirely sure which description best fits this wonderful confection which is perfectly paired with cheese, gelato or extra-dark chocolate. You have to try it to believe it!!
