Ruby red verging on garnet. On the nose the wines has an ethereal bouquet with scents of plum jam and hints of vanilla and spices. On the palate it is robust, warm, pleasant and harmonious.

Production Notes
The fermentation happens in stainless steel talks, at controlled temperature for a period of 18 days. After that the wine is aged for 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels followed by 18 months and stainless steel thanks and 18 months in the bottle.
Winemaker Notes
Brunello di Montalcino Riserva in only produced in exceptional vintages, awarded with five stars. In these vintages, the wine is very complex and well-structured. Hence, as described in the Production Regulations, it needs a longer ageing period to best express all its characteristics.
