Wine Profile
Wine Profile / Tasting Notes
A delicious and decadent wine made from Bovale, a rare native grape of Sardegna. It has a deep ruby red color and aromas of sweet spices and small red fruits, leaning towards preserves. The wine is harmonious and well-balanced, with a soft and warm palate, good tannic structure, and a lingering, voluptuous finish.

Production Notes
Maceration at controlled temperature, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 24° C. The malolactic fermentation occurs in small oak vats, where the wine completes its refinement cycle during the following 12 months.
Winemaker Notes
In the area that hosts the vineyards from which this wine is produced, there once stood a medieval village, Nuracada. Here we recover and cultivate an ancient native Sardinian grape variety, Bovale, and this wine is its highest and purest expression. It carries the taste of history and centuries, the essence of the peoples who have passed through here, with notes of passion, will, and respect.
Food & Wine Pairing
Pairs well with red meat, roasts, sausages, cured meats and seasoned or blue cheeses. Wonderful also as a meditation wine on its own.
More Information
Audarya means “nobility of the soul” in the ancient oriental language of Sanskrit. The company is named this way because respect is at the core of their values. They produce wines that are deeply connected to the territory, using native grape varieties, yet crafted with a modern touch for a spirited and curious audience.
